Growing Proteas by Rob McLennan

This is a superbly written book. It covers a wide range of protea-growing information in an easy to follow manner. Rob's writing style is very clear. His content is relevant and to the point. We bought this book as an addition to our already extensive library because it contained information on pruning, propagation and growing proteas in pots.

One thing I liked in particular was Rob's ability to present the basic facts and techniques without overwhelming his reader with unnecessary detail. In practice you will need to adapt the information from a book anyway, and Rob allows you the freedom to do so.
